Polly Sinha, Owner
MPT, cMDT
Polly Sinha graduated in 2002 from the University of South Alabama. She has devoted her professional career working at outpatient physical therapy facilities including private practices in Atlanta, Baltimore and Seattle.
She had a special interest in spine and sacroiliac joint pain early on in her career and became known as the back pain expert as she traveled around the U.S.
Polly uses special tests and deductive reasoning to determine the cause of the pain. A thorough biomechanical exam is performed to address other areas that may be contributing to the pain. Then, manual techniques, modalities (ice, heat, dry needling) is utilized to help with pain following by a customized exercise program to improve mobility, flexibility strength and movement.
Polly believes in spending quality time with her patients. You will never feel like a number in our facility.
During her free time, Polly enjoys lifting weights, jogging, reading, singing in a community choir, and playing with her 3 children.
Kelli Richardson-Harmann, Physical Therapist
DPT
Kelli is an experienced physical therapist, with a passion for helping those with injuries and a background in outpatient and home care settings. In her 12 years as a practicing physical therapist, Kelli has helped her clients improve their daily functions, get back to their careers, and back to the activities they love. Prior to her career in physical therapy, Kelli was a personal trainer.
Kelli has seen the benefits of physical therapy as she has experienced injuries of her own, including sports injuries growing up and later injuries as an adult that severally impacted her career and lifestyle. These experiences have given Kelli first hand knowledge of how debilitating an injury can be in life- as an athlete and as a working mom, giving her patience and understanding when working with her patients. Kelli incorporates manual therapy, techniques through the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), yoga, pilates, and exercises learned from personal training into her programs to help her patients achieve their goals.
When she is not working, Kelli loves spending time with her daughter enjoying a good book, cooking, and exploring the outdoors. She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University and a B.S. in Exercise Science from Truman State University.
